Our Process – The Eight Step Process

8 phases in our recruiting process. (1)We learn your overall organizational goals and objectives. Define your need and your opportunities for us. (2) Recruitment strategies a developed specific to your hiring requirements (3) We help define the talent pool for your finance and fintech need. (4) Recruitment. We approach, on average, 50 to 80 targeted candidates through various methods. (5) We start to narrow the list conduct in depth interviews with key candidates. We narrow the list further. (6) We present the top 4 to 5 candidates for your review. We are often asked how long it takes to get to this point. Usually it is 3 to 6 weeks to the point of presenting the top candidates to you. (7) We coordinate all interviews and assemble feedback (8) We conduct background checks and present offers to the finalist. We facilitate the details of the onboarding process.
